What is your approach?
My approach is fairly simple. You tell me where you are today and where you're trying to go. I tell you if I can help you get there and if we would work well together. I only work with people I'm philosophically aligned with. The tactics will be different for each business as each business is unique.

Do you offer workshops?
Yes, sometimes, but I find workshops to be less effective long term. You may get a short term bump, but without ongoing leadership and support most teams revert back to the mean.

What industries do you serve?
I'm industry agnostic. I have experience in a variety of industries, both inside and outside of tech. My primary criteria is size of business, expectations around growth, budget and how coachable the internal teams are.
